dialnote connects with the communication tools your team already uses. The Slack integration is live on the Business and Pro plans and in the free trial. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace connections are on our roadmap.
What's Live#
Slack: incoming calls, voicemails, and texts are posted to a Slack channel per phone number, with the AI call summary when there is one and a link to the conversation. You can also route calls to a channel by AI call tag. See the Slack integration guide.
What's Coming#
We're working on native integrations for three more platforms:
Microsoft Teams: Bring call activity into Teams channels. View call logs, share recordings, and get notified about important calls directly in your Teams workspace.
Zoom: Connect your Zoom meetings with dialnote call data. Track meeting outcomes alongside phone conversations for a complete picture of customer interactions.
Google Workspace: Sync call data with Google Contacts, get notifications in Google Chat, and keep your Google Calendar updated with call-related events.

Connect Today with Webhooks and Zapier#
You don't have to wait for the other native integrations. dialnote's webhook and Zapier support lets you connect with Teams and thousands of other apps right now. The Zapier app starts on the Team plan, which is also how Team plans post calls to Slack. Webhooks and API keys come with the Business and Pro plans. All three are available during your free trial.
Use Zapier to set up no-code automations like:
- Send a Slack message when a call is completed
- Post call summaries to a Microsoft Teams channel
- Add every completed call to a Google Sheet
- Log call recordings in a shared Google Drive folder
Use custom webhooks to build your own integrations. dialnote sends call.completed, call.recording.completed, sms.received, mms.received, and note.created events to any endpoint you configure. You pick the events for each endpoint in Settings → Webhook Management.
Quick win with Zapier
Most teams can set up a Slack or Teams notification in under 5 minutes using Zapier. An admin can create your API key in Settings → API Keys, or check our Zapier integration guide for step-by-step instructions.
A note on Zoom and Google Workspace#
Zoom and Google Workspace aren't standalone integrations yet, but you'll see them today as meeting location options when you set up calendar booking. If you connect Calendly or Cal.com and your event type uses a Zoom or Google Meet location, your AI agent can book meetings on those platforms right now.
