Yes, natively. Pick a Slack channel for each phone number and dialnote posts every incoming call and text there: answered and missed calls, voicemails, and texts. A call message carries the caller, the outcome, the duration, the AI summary and tags when there are any, and a link to the conversation in dialnote. Calls tagged by AI, for example as urgent or billing, can go to their own channel instead. Outgoing calls aren't posted, and recordings and transcripts stay in dialnote behind the link. Slack is included on the Business and Pro plans and in the free trial; on Team, you can post calls to Slack through Zapier.

dialnote integrates natively with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. After a call ends, the details save to the matching contact automatically: direction, duration, the AI summary and tags, and a link to the recording. Notes sync too, and a contact-sync pull brings your CRM lists into dialnote. HubSpot starts on the Team plan; Salesforce and Pipedrive are on Business and Pro.

dialnote connects with Calendly and Cal.com so callers and your AI voice agent can check live availability and book meetings during a call. Bookings sync straight to the connected calendar, so there's no back-and-forth or double-booking. Scheduling integrations are available starting on the Team plan.

Yes. dialnote runs a hosted MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so AI assistants like Claude connect when you sign in with your dialnote account (Cursor and other tools use a read-only API key) and read your call history, transcripts, summaries, and contacts. It's read-only, so the assistant reasons over your data without changing anything. API keys for other tools come with the Business and Pro plans.
