dialnote connects with your favorite CRM platforms, calendar tools, and automation services. Sync call data, log activities, and trigger workflows—all without manual data entry.

Supported Integrations#

dialnote offers four main categories of integrations:

CRM Platforms — Sync calls and contacts with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. Call logs, recordings, and notes automatically appear in your CRM timeline.

Calendar Tools — Let your AI agents check availability and book meetings directly through Calendly or Cal.com during calls.

Automation Tools — Connect to 5,000+ apps via Zapier or send events to custom webhook endpoints for any integration you need.

Webhooks — Build custom integrations by receiving call events (completions, recordings, notes) at your own endpoints.

How Integrations Work#

All dialnote integrations work through OAuth or webhook connections at the organization level. Here's what that means:

  1. One connection per CRM — Connect each CRM once and it works for your whole team
  2. Phone-level control — Choose which phone numbers sync to which CRMs
  3. Event-based sync — Data flows in real-time when calls complete, recordings finish, or notes get created

The available events you can sync include:

  • call.completed — Basic call data (duration, direction, participants)
  • call.recording.completed — Recording URLs and transcripts
  • note.created — Notes added by your team during or after calls

Getting Started#

Setting up an integration takes about 2 minutes:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations (under Workspace)
  2. Click Connect next to your platform
  3. Authorize dialnote to access your account
  4. Select which phone numbers should sync data

Once connected, you'll see a green "Connected" badge. You can configure event settings and per-number sync rules from the configuration panel.

Integration Types#

CRM Integrations#

CRM integrations sync your call activity to contact records automatically:

  • HubSpot — Creates timeline activities on contact and deal records
  • Salesforce — Logs calls as activities on leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Pipedrive — Adds call notes to person and deal timelines

See CRM Integrations for setup guides.

Calendar Integrations#

Calendar integrations power AI agent scheduling:

  • Calendly — Check availability and book meetings during AI calls
  • Cal.com — Same capabilities with Cal.com's scheduling platform

These work through AI Agent Tools rather than Settings.

Webhooks & Zapier#

For custom workflows, use webhooks:

  • Zapier — Pre-built triggers for common automation scenarios
  • Custom Webhooks — Send events to any HTTPS endpoint

Configure these in Settings → Webhooks. Each webhook can listen for specific event types and includes a test button to verify your endpoint.

Managing Connections#

Connected integrations show their status on the integrations page:

  • Connected — Active and syncing data
  • Configuration needed — Connected but no phone numbers enabled
  • Error — Token expired or API issue (click to reconnect)

To disconnect an integration, open its configuration panel and click Disconnect. This stops all data sync immediately but doesn't delete historical data from the external platform.
