dialnote has four plans: Solo, Team, Business, and Pro. Pricing is flat per account — not per seat — so Team, Business, and Pro all include unlimited users. Every new account starts with a 10-day free trial, no credit card needed.
You can view and change your plan anytime from Settings → Billing.
The Plans#
Prices below are for the US & Canada region (USD). UK pricing is shown further down.
| Plan | Price (USD/mo) | Users | Phone numbers | Included minutes | AI voice agents | Monthly credit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $19 | 1 | 1 | 250 | — | $2.50 |
| Team | $49 | Unlimited | 2 | 700 | 1 | $5 |
| Business | $99 | Unlimited | 3 | 1,400 | 5 | $12 |
| Pro | $199 | Unlimited | 5 | 2,800 | 10 | $25 |
Business is the most popular plan. Here's roughly where each one fits:
- Solo — one person who needs a real business number, recording, and AI call notes.
- Team — a growing team that wants automatic recording, an AI voice agent, and CRM sync.
- Business — scaling teams that need more AI agents, advanced routing, API access, and most integrations.
- Pro — larger teams that want AI Call Tags, call evaluation, call queueing, every integration, and a dedicated CSM.
Save 20% with annual billing
Switch to annual billing and pay 20% less than the monthly rate. For example, Business drops from $99/mo to about $79/mo (billed once a year).
What's different between plans#
A few things scale as you move up:
- AI voice agents — Solo has none. Team gets 1, Business 5, Pro 10. Team, Business, and Pro also include a knowledge base (Team and Business get 1, Pro gets 2) you can train on your docs and FAQs. Solo doesn't include one.
- Call recording — manual on Solo, automatic on Team and up.
- Routing — IVR menus, business-hours routing, transfers, hold, and group calling start on Team. Advanced call forwarding and ring order are Business and up. Call queueing is Pro only.
- AI insights — every plan gets transcription and AI summaries. AI Call Tags, call evaluation, and disposition codes are Pro only.
- Integrations — HubSpot, Zapier, and Calendly scheduling start on Team. Salesforce and Pipedrive, Make, n8n, and API access with webhooks come on Business.
- Support — email on every plan, live chat on Business and up, priority support plus a dedicated CSM on Pro.
UK pricing#
If your account is provisioned in the UK, you're billed in GBP, and prices reflect higher local carrier costs:
| Plan | Price (GBP/mo) | Included minutes |
|---|---|---|
| Solo | £29 | 200 |
| Team | £79 | 550 |
| Business | £149 | 1,100 |
| Pro | £299 | 2,200 |
Phone-number counts, AI agent counts, and the monthly wallet credit are the same as the US/CA plans. The credit is always added in USD, in every region. You can change region at renewal.
Included minutes and the wallet#
Each plan includes a monthly pool of domestic calling minutes, shared across your whole team and all your numbers. When the pool runs out, calls don't stop — extra minutes draw from your wallet instead.
The wallet also covers two other things:
- AI voice agent minutes — billed pay-as-you-go at $0.89/min. There's no included AI minute pool; you pay only for what your agents use.
- International calls — anything outside your provisioned region draws from the wallet at the per-country rate.
Every billing period, dialnote adds your plan's monthly credit ($2.50 to $25) to the wallet to cover this usage. You can top up the balance anytime.
Per-seat pricing? No.
Team, Business, and Pro charge one flat price no matter how many people you add. The only usage-based charge is AI agent minutes and international calling, both drawn from your wallet. Solo is the single-user plan.
Free Trial#
Every new account gets a 10-day free trial with Pro-level features so you can test everything first. The trial includes:
- 1 phone number
- 50 included minutes (30 in the UK)
- Up to 2 AI agents
- Up to 3 users
- A $2 starter wallet that funds extra minutes and AI agent usage at $0.89/min
No credit card is required to start. On day 10, you pick a plan to keep going. You can top up the starter wallet anytime during the trial if you hit your minute limit.
Add-ons#
Need more numbers than your plan includes? You can add them anytime:
- Extra phone numbers — $5/mo each in the US & Canada, £3.50/mo in the UK. Available on every plan. See getting phone numbers for how to add one.
Changing Your Plan#
To switch plans, go to Settings → Billing and pick a new plan. Upgrades apply right away and are prorated for the rest of your billing cycle. Downgrades are handled by support and take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Extra phone numbers are billed at the full monthly price when you add them (no proration). Removing a number takes effect at the next cycle.
Check usage before downgrading
If you downgrade to a plan with fewer AI agents or phone numbers than you're using, you'll need to remove the extras first. A feature your new plan doesn't include (like call queueing or AI Call Tags) stops working when the change kicks in, but your data and settings stay put for if you upgrade again.
Cancellation#
You can cancel from Settings → Billing. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans aren't refunded for the remaining period — access continues until the paid period ends. After cancellation you won't be able to make or receive calls, but you can still log in and export your data.
