dialnote offers two types of plans: per-seat plans that scale with your team, and flat-rate plans with unlimited users. Every new account starts with a free 10-day trial — no credit card needed.
You can view and change your plan anytime from Settings → Billing.
Per-Seat Plans#
Per-seat plans charge a monthly fee for each team member. They're a good fit if you want to match costs directly to team size.

Save 20% with annual billing
All plans offer a 20% discount when you choose annual billing. For example, the Growth plan drops from $99/mo to $79/mo when paid yearly.
Free Trial#
Every new dialnote account gets a 10-day free trial with Pro-level features. Here's what's included:
- 1 phone number (US, Canada, or UK)
- 200 inbound minutes (up to 100 calls)
- 20 outbound minutes (up to 20 calls)
- 2 AI agents with 10 minutes each
- Up to 3 seats for your team
- Full access to analytics, integrations, and call recording
No credit card is required to start. If you hit your calling limits before the trial ends, you can grab a Trial Pack ($5) that adds 5 calling minutes and 5 AI agent minutes. Trial packs are stackable, so buy as many as you need.
Add-Ons#
Some plans support add-ons for extra capacity:
- Extra phone numbers — local numbers from $1.25/mo, toll-free from $2.50/mo. Available on Plus, Enterprise, Growth, and Pro plans.
- AI Agent add-on — $30/mo per agent with 30 minutes included. Overage is billed at $0.89/min.
Changing Your Plan#
To switch plans, go to Settings → Billing and click Change Plan. Upgrades take effect right away, and you'll be charged the prorated difference for the rest of your billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
Feature access after downgrading
If you downgrade to a plan that doesn't include a feature you're using (like AI agents or call queueing), that feature will stop working when the new plan kicks in. Your data and settings won't be deleted — they'll be there if you upgrade again.
Cancellation#
You can cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you won't be able to make or receive calls, but you can still log in and export your data.
