Your free trial includes 50 calling minutes (30 in the UK), 2 AI agents, and a free phone number. That's enough to run a real test with your team.
Plans overview#
dialnote has four flat monthly plans, with no per-seat fees. Each plan includes a set number of phone numbers and calling minutes. You can add more phone numbers and AI call packs as add-ons, and usage past your included minutes is billed from your wallet.

All plans get a 20% discount with annual billing. You choose monthly or annual when you first pick a plan.
Add-ons#
Need more than what your plan includes? You can add these anytime on a paid plan:
- AI call packs: $25/month for 65 AI agent calls in the US and Canada, £20/month in the UK. You can stack up to 10 packs. Available on Team, Business, and Pro. See AI call packs for details.
- Phone numbers: $5/month per number in the US and Canada, £3.50/month in the UK. You pay the full monthly price when you add one.
Add-ons stack
If your Business plan includes 3 phone numbers and you buy 2 more, you'll have 5 total. Two AI call packs give you 130 AI calls a month. You can't buy extra AI agents or calling minutes. To get more agents, move to a bigger plan. Once your included minutes run out, calls keep working and draw from your wallet.
Free trial details#
Every new account gets a 10-day free trial with these limits:
- 1 phone number (local, in your provisioned region)
- 50 included calling minutes (30 in the UK), shared across inbound and outbound
- 2 AI agents (AI calls bill at $0.49/min from your starter wallet during the trial, and AI call packs become available once you pick a paid plan)
- Full access to Pro-level features (integrations, analytics, call routing). Knowledge bases unlock on a paid plan.
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during the trial.
Managing your subscription#
Head to Settings → Subscription (under Billing) to manage your plan. From there you can:
- View your current plan — See your plan details, status, next billing date, and active add-ons
- Change plans — Upgrade or downgrade with automatic proration (you'll only pay the difference)
- Cancel — Cancel at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then
- View invoices — Access your full payment history
Only admins and owners can pay overdue invoices or change the payment method.
Downgrade limits
When you downgrade, make sure your current usage fits within the new plan's limits. For example, if you have 8 AI agents and downgrade to a plan with 5, you'll need to remove some agents first.
