Your free trial includes 200 inbound minutes, 100 outbound minutes, 2 AI agents, and a free phone number. That's enough to run a real test with your team.

dialnote offers two pricing models so you can pick what works best for your team.
Per-seat plans charge per user on your account. Each seat includes one phone number, and you can add more as needed.

Add-ons#
Need more than what your plan includes? You can add extras anytime:
- AI Agent — $30/month per agent. Each comes with 30 minutes of included AI time. Extra minutes are $0.89/min.
- Phone numbers — Starting at $1.25/month for local numbers and $2.50/month for toll-free.
- Trial pack — $5 one-time. Adds 5 calling minutes and 5 AI agent minutes during your free trial. You can buy multiple packs.
Add-ons stack
If your Plus plan includes 5 AI agents and you buy 2 more, you'll have 7 total. The same goes for phone numbers and minutes.
Free trial details#
Every new account gets a 10-day free trial with these limits:
- 1 phone number (local, in your provisioned region)
- 200 inbound minutes + 100 outbound minutes
- 2 AI agents with 10 minutes/month
- Full access to Pro-level features (integrations, analytics, call routing)
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during the trial. If you need a bit more time, grab a trial pack ($5) for extra minutes.
Managing your subscription#
Head to Settings → Billing to manage your plan. From there you can:
- View your current plan — See your plan details, status, next billing date, and active add-ons
- Change plans — Upgrade or downgrade with automatic proration (you'll only pay the difference)
- Switch billing intervals — Move between monthly and annual billing
- Cancel — Cancel immediately or at the end of your current billing period
- View invoices — Access your full payment history
Downgrade limits
When you downgrade, make sure your current usage fits within the new plan's limits. For example, if you have 8 AI agents and downgrade to a plan with 5, you'll need to remove some agents first.
