dialnote's Zoho CRM integration is currently in development. When it launches, you'll be able to connect your Zoho CRM account and automatically log calls, sync contacts, and keep your sales pipeline up to date—without manual data entry.

What to Expect#

The Zoho CRM integration will follow the same pattern as our HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive integrations. Here's what's planned:

Automatic call logging — When a call ends, dialnote will create an activity on the matching Zoho CRM contact record. You'll see call direction, duration, and outcome logged automatically.

Contact sync — Import your Zoho CRM contacts into dialnote so your team has caller information before they pick up. Contacts will sync periodically to stay current.

Recording sync — Optionally log call recordings with links back to dialnote for playback and AI-generated summaries.

Per-number control — Choose which phone numbers sync data to Zoho CRM. Keep personal or internal lines private while syncing customer-facing numbers.

Connect Zoho CRM Today with Webhooks#

You don't have to wait for the native integration. dialnote's webhook system can send call events to Zoho CRM right now.

Option 1: Use Zapier

  1. Go to Settings → Webhooks and connect your Zapier account
  2. Create a Zap that triggers on dialnote call events
  3. Map the call data to Zoho CRM's "Create Call" or "Create Note" action
  4. Turn it on—calls will start flowing to Zoho CRM

Option 2: Use custom webhooks

  1. Go to Settings → Webhooks and add a new webhook
  2. Point it at a Zoho CRM automation endpoint or a middleware service
  3. Select which events to send (call.completed, call.recording.completed)
  4. Use the test button to verify your setup

Both approaches give you call logging in Zoho CRM while the native integration is being built.
